5 out of 5 starsI asked for Citrus, Herbal, and Tropical scents and they smell amazing! I decided to try the Herbal one first and it has a cooling sensation when applied. The balm is a little liquid-like in consistency (almost like a lip gloss) which is unlike any other handmade lip balm I've bought from other artisans in the past. Not sure I'd be able to keep one of these in my pocket (which I tend to do when I'm at my day job) for fear of it melting too much and leaking, but all in all I'm very pleased. :)

1 out of 5 starsPlease don't use this seller. I ordered 3 bars of handmade soap. What I received was an empty ENVELOPE. No product. No paperwork. Nothing! First of all, who ships 3 dimensional product in a flat paper envelope? Second, none of my THREE attempts to contact the merchant were answered. I finally had to go through my credit card and dispute the charges. Although the product looks beautiful on the website, the customer service is horrifying! I'm extremely disappointed.

I would have been happy to resend you the products or issue you a refund, however you just stated that you are disputing the charges with your credit card company. I also sent you a communication explaining that I was unaware that there was a problem and offered to correct this. You have not responded . If you have disputed your payment, what would you have me do?
